1953A
Firedome 2-door hardtop appears to be very solid and presentable original with leather trimmed interior and correct bulls eye headlights that normally are gone on high mileage cars even the steering wheel is nice and that is hard to come by. Goodyear wide whites all hubcaps some signs of mouse activity in the trunk. No radio or clock but has overdrive and a heater. Odometer shows 16,930 miles on the odometer that I would guess are original

1953B
Firedome sedan this car has been dolled up with gold anodized aluminum license plate frames and even had a set of 1956 Adventurer/ pacecar hubcaps on it that will be pulled an sold separately with the parts. If a correct set of caps can be found they will be applied to the car. There are door edge guards bug screen and fender skirts and someone has even installed a 1946-48 backup lamp under the hood in front of the radiator. Since they have painted the area behind the grille red I will assume they liked to light it at night to show the grimacing grin of the infamous grille. The interior is good but not great, it has a radio but no clock. The steering wheel is very nice and they are normally very poor.

My opinions and descriptions?

All of my opinions and descriptions of these cars are just that "opinions" I do not guarantee anything for accuracy so take it all with a grain of salt and look at the pictures (and videos soon) when placing bids on these cars at the auction. Do not come back to me crying that the car was not perfect because my description of nice varies from yours! I provide these images and descriptions as a public service only, I do not own nor have I owned Any of these cars I was just a friend of the collector that amassed them and a Desoto collector and fanatic not seeking treatment! Also I am a terrible typer and not an english major so there will be lots of typos. .
